Service Description

Your Home Assessment will include two home visits by the OT. The first visit will consist of a survey of the home and an interview of household members. We will listen to your concerns and collaborate to find the best solutions. During the second visit we will provide written recommendations of the environmental modifications. This assessment will address your current needs, overall health, and plans for future accommodations.
