Monticello

The Monticello project was a rental in need of a major update. The owner wanted this remodel to not only be beautiful but also meet ADA standards, making this an accessible rental for anyone. With this in mind, we restructured all the hallways and doorways to 4 ft. wide. We opened up what was a standard shotgun bathroom to make it accessible, safe, and beautiful. The closed-in kitchen was opened up by removing a wall which gave us great sightlines into the living room. This allowed us to add a full pantry and a wheelchair accessible workspace. We also enlarged the porch and added some elements to enhance curb appeal.
