A & B
The A & B project was a renovation loan remodel project. This 1227 sq. ft home had great potential, but was in desperate need of an update. Our design team developed the plans that were approved for the renovation loan, which included a new laundry room/pantry and additional bedroom where the original garage was, creating an open layout, and combining two bedrooms to create a master suite with his/her closets.
